In 2021, I created an artist’s book, called Intensio. The edition is sold out, and this drawing is an artist’s proof of one page from the book, which can be framed or folded and kept as a movable object. Watch this video to see the book page in motion.

The Egg Drawing was composed with of a single piece of linen thread – one continuous line. I constructed the drawing on a flat sheet of paper, punched a pierced a pattern, and then stitched in and out of the holes across the scored centerfold – the axis of the page. Two surprisingly different drawings were created in tandem as the needle and thread moved from the front to the back of each page.
