The Sunday Paper, 1 (10),
I’m delighted that The Wish is featured on the cover of Spark Magazine, the journal of the Anythink kibrary system that purchased the piece. Click on the cover and go to page 16 to read a bit about the piece.
If you’re in the Toledo area, pop-up whiz Matthew Reinhart is giving a talk about his pop-up books this week. Reinhart’s newest book is Game of Thrones: A Pop-Up Guide to Westeros.
I discovered these paper lights by Fifti-Fifti on the All Things Paper Blog (you will find all sorts of other paper treasures here as well). I love the way you can customize these lamps and put them together. And the fact that they collapse and package flat is awesome!
Papermaking is alive and well in Latvia. Ilze Dilane came to work with me last summer in Colorado, and she recently presented her work at the IAPMA Congress in Fabriano, Italy. I am impressed with all of her projects, and flattered that she incorporate projects from my books into her teaching! Here’s a cute animated paper project she did with her students.

Ann, thank YOU! I can’t believe how many paper goodies are out there… you lead me to many more than I find on my own! – Helen
