Up With Paper!

25 Days of Paper – Day 4

December 4, 2017

On the even days during December, I’m highlighting the companies that are sponsors of the Twelve Months of Paper Calendar. These companies work hard to bring us beautiful papers, paper products, paper journalism, paper- and book making tools, paper history and more. Today, we learn about UWP LUXE.

UWP Luxe is the latest addition to Up With Paper, a boutique line of pop-up greeting cards, laser cut stationery, and elegantly packaged home goods. UWP Luxe believes that paper, the humblest of mediums, holds so much potential. We hope the integrity of our beliefs shines through in all of our products, from elaborately foiled pop-ups to dainty details printed onto envelope flaps. Pictured here are a few of the Layers Greetings and Pure Alchemy cards. The Layers Greetings consist of several layers of laser cut paper, hand-finished for a variety of occasions. The Pure Alchemy line is a collection of pop-up cards that feature intricate laser cutting paired with cheeky salutations.

UWP Luxe products can be found online and at Paper Source, Bloomingdales, Fresh Market, and other fine boutiques around the world.

The Nutcracker tunnel card belongs to UWP Luxe’s Pure Alchemy line. Ballerinas whirl around a stage of Christmas nostalgia while the Nutcracker and Mouse King look on. Laser-cut details allow the viewer to peek through the windows.

About Our Sponsor: There are many ways that paper can be transformed and manipulated into a work of art. This is what UWP LUXE does every day to bring you the unique assortment of paper-engineered greeting cards, stationery and gifts. UWP LUXE also offers a Fine Soap line as well as signature stationery products from an exclusive partnership with New York Times best-selling author, illustrator, and paper engineer, Robert Sabuda.
